Sludge drying and incineration mainly include three stages: sludge transportation, sludge pretreatment, sludge incineration and aftertreatment.

The sludge can be reduced to about 80~85% by mechanical dewatering, which can be sent directly to the fluidized bed incinerator for incineration treatment.
